What I Learnt after Meditating for 90 Days
To be honest, I used to turn my nose up at meditation.
Until going through one of the biggest burn-out in my life.
In the midst of searching for a lot of information on psychology, mental health, and even religious and philosophical issues, I started to give it a try for meditation.
I am not going to discuss the specific methods of meditation in this article. Instead, I am going to try to explain why I think meditation helped me based on personal experiences.
The future hasn't happened yet, or rather, the future is the result of countless past and present, plus coincidences. We have no real control over the future, nor can we predict what the future will be like. If we focus too much on the future in our minds, instead of making practical plans and implementing actions for the future, we are spending the "present" to think about the "future".
